The Student Food Pantry is turning 10: Save the date to celebrate on Aug. 25!

Join us from 2-4 p.m. for the 10th Anniversary Celebration of the Student Food Pantry! This event will also mark the grand opening of the new location for the food pantry on the first floor of the Library.

• Schedule of events: Formal remarks will take place starting at 2:20 p.m. followed by a ribbon cutting outside of the food pantry. There will be a come and go reception until 4 p.m. The food pantry will be officially open for student use at 4 p.m. on Tuesday
• We will have an iced coffee/iced tea bar, a popcorn bar, and well…..you can’t throw a birthday party for the food pantry without birthday cake! We also have some pretty incredible giveaways.

The Student Food Pantry, run by the Student Assistance Resource Center in the Division of Student Affairs, is an important resource for addressing food insecurity amongst UNT Health students. Meeting our students’ basic needs helps ensure they can focus on their studies and complete their education.
