Each year, commencement gives us a special opportunity to come together and honor the dedication, resilience, and success of our graduates. It is a time when our shared values shine — a reflection of our belief that we are truly Better Together. We are excited to announce the details for the 2026 Commencement Ceremonies! For the first time, two ceremonies will be held to recognize the remarkable accomplishments of students across all academic programs. This year also marks a historic milestone as we celebrate the inaugural class of the College of Nursing’s MSN in Nursing Practice Innovation — the first time these graduates will walk the stage with us.

Ceremony Schedule

10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. College of Health Professions, College of Biomedical and Translational Sciences, College of Public Health, and College of Nursing

3:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. College of Pharmacy and Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine

Commencement is a free and open celebration — no tickets are required. Graduates are encouraged to invite family and friends to share in this proud moment. Additional details regarding hooding requests and ceremony logistics will be shared from the Center for Student Life and Jerrie Vasquez, Assistant Director of Programmatic Engagement.
